Chocolate & Fudge Cheesecake.

I thought I do a quick post on how I made this really quick and simple cheesecake. Quick as you more or less have the chocolate filling pre-made thanks to Cadbury Philadelphia!
I actually found this recipe on the Philadelphia website here.

You will need: 

75g Digestives. You can also used ginger biscuits which tastes really good.
20g Melted Butter.
160g Cadbury Philadelphia.
180g Double Cream.
20g Icing Sugar.
1 Fudge Bar, roughly chopped.
1 Flake Bar.

This recipe made five different sized cheesecakes using the Hello Kitty Cookie Cutters as moulds.

Smash up the digestive biscuits and mix it with the melted butter.

Pat the crumbs and butter mixture into the bottom of the moulds tightly and place in the fridge.

Mix the Philadelphia, double cream, icing sugar until the mixture is nice and thick. Stir in the Fudge pieces.

Take the moulds out of the fridge and spoon the chocolate mixture on top and the base.
Place back into the fridge for at least two hours before serving.

Crush the Flake bar and sprinkle on top of the cheesecake when ready to eat (I forgot this step lol).
